What are the next steps?Once your documents get verified you will receive a text from our software, Ubeya, with your access code. Once you log in you will be able to set your profile there and start applying for jobs.

How to get started?To begin with apply for as many shifts as you can do. Do not limit yourself to just a few as it may be hard for you to get it. From your end you can’t see if the shift needs 1 waiter or 50 so apply for as many shifts as you can do!

How do I book a shift?You do it via our Ubeya app. Please apply for any shift that you want to do and usually within 24h you will get booked if you are successful.

Is it difficult to get the first shift?To begin with, getting your desired shifts may be a bit harder – we don’t know how good or reliable you are so you may not be picked for shifts immediately. It may be a bit of a slow process but if you apply for many shifts you will definitely get some and once you do a single shift you will be on top of the list for all other shifts too😀

Can I apply for multiple shifts at the same time?YES PLEASE DO! You can apply for as many shifts on a day as you want, even if the times clash. We will not double book you so don’t worry.

How to cancel a shift?You can cancel a shift on the app if it starts in more than 48 hours. Please note, however, that any cancelation always counts against you so if you are not sure if you can work it is best to not apply for a shift. If you need to cancel a shift with less than 48h you will need to contact Cube via email: michael@cubestaff.co.uk or mobile: 07814404322 or 07799030781. PLEASE DO NOT contact customers directly about job cancelations, contact us at CUBE. You cancelling a shift should be a problem for CUBE not for our customers

How do ratings work?After each shift our customers rate you on the scale of 1*(dreadful) to 5*(fantastic). Make sure our customers have a reason to give you 5* each time as it will allow you to have priority access to all jobs and ability to book all the VIP shifts. Ratings are based on your attitude; are you there on time, is your uniform immaculate, are you hard working. Your experience is of secondary importance so please make sure you shine at each shift.
