The Brit Awards 2026. Model Waiters on the Belmond Pullman.
A vintage train, VIP guests and personalised Moet Hennessy cocktails at 125 miles per hour.
THE BRIEF
City and Guilds invited 160 guests to the launch of a new report, with a live stream presentation, a Q&A session, and a catering brief that was anything but standard. The menu had to be locally sourced and organic; a specific requirement that needed a supplier network and a planning approach capable of delivering it without compromise at scale.
This was not an event about theatre for its own sake. City and Guilds needed a launch that reflected the credibility of the report, the organisation's values, and the expectations of a professional guest list. Every element, from the venue selection through to the bespoke promotional material, had to be thought through with care.
