THE BRIEF
Cellar Society is one of London's premium catering companies, delivering high-end food and service for some of the capital's most demanding events and venues. Their client list spans prestige retail activations, corporate entertaining and private functions at locations that demand an exceptional front of house standard every single time.
Premium catering means premium standards, often at short notice and always at the scale the event demands. Cellar Society needed a staffing partner who could supply reliable, well-presented front of house professionals for events ranging from intimate private functions to major brand activations, frequently with limited lead time and no tolerance for gaps in service quality.
The requirement was not simply to fill numbers. It was to flex consistently between a single member of staff for a small private dinner and a team of 40 for a large-scale activation at one of London's most recognisable venues, without any change in the standard of who was sent.
