Glaziers Hall needed a reliable staffing partner capable of supplying consistent, well-presented event staff across a wide variety of roles and function types on a regular, ongoing basis. The requirement was not occasional cover for large events. It was a sustained weekly presence across the full range of what the venue does, from intimate private dinners to large-scale corporate functions, with the same standard of staff regardless of the size or format of the event.

During peak December the number of shifts at Glaziers Hall increases significantly as the venue's event calendar fills with Christmas parties, end of year dinners and festive corporate entertaining. Cube scales the team to meet that demand without any reduction in the standard of who is placed, maintaining across December the same quality that the venue relies on throughout the year.
