Reference Request Policy

At Cube Staff, we are committed to providing excellent opportunities for our workers and maintaining strong relationships with employers. Due to the high volume of staff we employ each month—many of whom complete only a few shifts—we are unable to respond to all reference requests.

Please note that we do not confirm dates of employment, as doing so would require dedicating a full-time team member solely to this task.

Our reference policy is as follows:
✅ We only provide references for staff who have completed at least 50 shifts with us.
✅ If you meet this requirement and would like us to provide a reference, you must email hello@cubestaff.co.uk with your written consent and the name of the employer requesting the reference.
